Our internship program is a 12-week, full-time paid opportunity in the summer for students. Based on your interests and Roblox’s business priorities, our interns are assigned teams and work on meaningful projects that make a massive impact – all in an environment focused on learning and development.
We strive to provide an engaging hiring process that helps eliminate human bias. Our hiring assessments evaluate critical skills needed at Roblox such as problem solving and decision making. There’s no one right way to solve the problem. Instead, we are interested in learning how you approach problems and solutions.
