Applicant Arbitration Agreement

Applicant and Roblox Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as the "Company), agree to arbitrate any and all disputes or claims arising out of or related to your application for employment at the Company whether sounding in tort, contract, statutory violation or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law, including claims by the Company, and claims against the Company and the Company’s officers, directors, agents and employees. Any arbitration shall be before JAMS and subject to the JAMS employment arbitration rules (see Employment Arbitration Rules & Procedures  or request a copy from hr@roblox.com). Any arbitration may be initiated by a written demand to the other party and must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations. The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and conclusive.

The parties further agree that this arbitration agreement is intended to be strictly construed to provide for arbitration as the sole and exclusive means for resolution of all disputes and claims hereunder to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The parties expressly waive any entitlement to have such disputes or claims decided by a court or a jury. All disputes and claims must be submitted to arbitration on an individual basis. The parties waive their right to bring or participate in a class, representative and/or collective action proceeding on behalf of others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any issue concerning the validity of this class and/or collective action waiver must be decided by a court and if for any reason it is found to be unenforceable, the class and/or collective action claim may only be heard in court and may not be arbitrated. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. If any portion of this arbitration agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remainder of this arbitration agreement will be given full force and effect.
